My daughter (age 4) picked these out because they were rainbow and had a heart, for her to wear with Mom on her first day of 4 year old kindergarten; her first time away from Mom for half days. She loved it and they worked great, she felt better and more confident wearing it! However, even tightened as far as it would go, it was still much too big for her hand and would slip right off... I didn't want her to lose it at school/on bus, so luckily it was big enough to loosen it all the way and double wrap it around her wrist - so it is about 2x too large for a toddler! This still makes it hard to get on and off though. Had also thought about cutting it and tying it too but with how its made/tied its not a great option.
