Difficult to put together but looks so cool
This item is part 2 stars part 5 stars (hence the 3 star rating).5 stars for how cool it looks when it’s put together. Seriously a lovely piece of furniture that looks really great against a wall. It is exactly what we need. The materials used are of high quality and look like it too, and it is just really classy. If I had the space for a walk in closet this is the type of wall furniture that I would use in it. So in terms of look, fit, and quality this is a great product.But, despite the excellent instructions we ran into one major issue from the get go: none of the lock screws actually locked! We put everything in correctly, would lock the screw, and as soon as we locked another one the initial one would unlock. These lock screws are supposed to hold the main frame shelves in place, and if they constantly unlock with the slightest movement everything falls apart. So after an hour of getting super frustrated with it we ended up drilling holes in the the frame and drilling the shelves to the frame directly. It would have been a lot more work to send the unit back (it’s heavy), and it worked for us. Not sure if ours was faulty, or if it’s the same for all of the units, but every single lock screw was the same, none of them stayed locked. Maybe something for the manufacturer to check and fix. In any case we found our own fix for it, and as we are pretty handy made it work for us.

5 stars for how cool it looks when it’s put together. Seriously a lovely piece of furniture that looks really great against a wall. It is exactly what we need.
