    As a Christian I was hoping these would be more neutral. They definitely lean heavily towards Buddhism. I can appreciate and respect other religions. I don’t have a problem utilizing most of these techniques, but some go directly against my belief system.
    With that being said, there are many great things about the cards and would be a fantastic purchase for those who are not devoted Christ followers.
    The cards are the perfect size, easy to read, information is easy to understand and follow through with the activities. I believe they have helped and will help many people and in the anxious world we live in, that’s a good thing. Great product overall.

    I purchased the cards for my work and it's been super helpful when it comes to motivating my clients to engage in selfcare. And it's also giving them great insight about their stress level and what to do with them.

    Amazingly thorough and well worded as far as including a host of different - very basic - ways of refocusing and/or shifting one’s stress. This is a perfect set for everyone beginners and “experts” like myself. Due to a lifelong struggle with mental illness I have been in and out of mental hospitals and medical hospitals for the past three decades. During that time of coarse I have learned a lot of ways of coping and dealing with things that have sometimes worked and sometimes not (completely normal). These are great because sometimes the best answer when your thoughts and struggles are everywhere is to go elementary and be as simple as possible with how you approach the situation. It feels much less daunting and doable. I plan to have these out and in sight so if ever needed, I can grab a card and shift my focus to something different than the mindset I was in. We can all do this. Everyone can master the skills with these cards as they are so well worded and offer many options of things to try, ways to approach the situation. Thank you to this small company for such a great product!!! I am so excited to have something I know I will feel productive in utilizing

    I work at a school for at risk teens and I go to each of my coworkers and they have been a wonderful addition to our morning. I do wish they had more themes that are easy to do at the job place.
